Introduction
Consumer Logo meaning
The Greenhouse Friendly™ Consumer Logo is intended to signify that an organisation has an ongoing purchasing arrangement in relation to a Greenhouse Friendly™ certifi ed product or service.
Use of the logo must be consistent with the aims of Greenhouse Friendly™ and not imply that the organisation has achieved Greenhouse Friendly™ certifi cation for its own products and services.
Why have a Visual Style Guide?
The Greenhouse Friendly™ Consumer Logo provides a simple visual identifi er enabling an organisation to display that it has made a commitment to the reduction of greenhouse gases by purchasing greenhouseneutral products or services. It is important that the logo remains recognisable.
This Visual Style Guide outlines the conditions governing the use of the Consumer Logo and the required graphic standards. Careful attention to these conditions and standards will ensure the integrity of each reproduction, build community awareness and maximise environmental benefi ts. The Visual Style Guide is also intended to avoid logo misrepresentation or exploitation.
