Purpose of this booklet

Reducing greenhouse gas emissions is an important part of actions taken by businesses to improve environmental performance. Planting trees or investing in forest sink emission offsets can be an effective way to reduce emissions of greenhouse gases into the atmosphere, while potentially contributing to Australia’s other environmental and economic goals.
