Abstract

Sampling, measurement and analytical protocols for soil estimation were required by the Australian Greenhouse Office to support the National Carbon Accounting System. These protocols have been prepared by CSIRO in consultation with the broader scientific community. The protocols have been endorsed by the Working Group on Land Resource Assessment. The Working Group includes representatives from State, Territory and Federal agencies.
